The Community Improvement Services Department for the Highlands Ranch Community Association is seeking an individual for a full-time, benefited administrative support/legal specialist position. Responsibilities include communication with homeowners and other customers concerning compliance and architectural issues. Extensive interaction with legal counsel and commercial lenders concerning the preparation of legal dossiers. The position is expected to handle a high volume of phone calls, email and walk-in traffic assisting homeowners with submittals for improvements to properties and complaints. Requirements include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively handle difficult situations in a positive manner. Excellent organizational skills, computer and software knowledge and records management is necessary. Knowledge of restrictive covenants/building codes a plus.
