This person will be responsible for delivering world-class youth programs for our camps, birthday party, child-care and kids club. Providing premier member service is a critical function ofthis position requiring strong abilities in customer satisfaction, communications andmarketing, training and supervision.Job Requirements: -Team Leader: training and empowering a team of youth staff and coaches.-Being Successful: Proven accountability to achieving results-Highly Creative: Able to create and develop a variety of fitness programming-Two (2) or more years related work experience in program development, programmanagement, and staff supervision.
